Episode 118 Devon Colbert

Could taking mushrooms help restore function after a spinal cord injury? This week's guest on the Live to Walk Again Podcast, Devon Colbert, has been studying the subject for the last two years and connecting with doctors and research facilities across the country to set up a trial on the impacts of combining micro-dosing psilocybin in conjunction with an enzyme called Chondroitinase ABC that helps reverse the effects of scar tissue among other things. Devon had a ton of information to share with us and his findings are fascinating. Devon was injured nine years ago yet since starting to micro-dose psilocybin he has gained strength, had far less pain, and has even been able to get his triceps to work!!
