This week on the the Live to Walk Again Podcast we had the pleasure of speaking with Sean Mahoney who is a Spinal Cord Injury Survivor and a Sports and Performance Psychologist and Jake Daniel who is the Dir. of Performance and Neurological Reengineering at Barwis. We spoke about the boating accident that left Sean paralyzed, how Sean eventually started rehabbing at Barwis in Deerfield Beach, Florida where he met Jake, and how the stars aligned for the two of them to continue working together at the Barwis Colorado location. We also talked about what drove Jake to pursue the neurological side of rehabilitation and performance, friend of the pod Nick Lucius' role in Sean's rehab and Jake's career development, and the friendship they all share.
